Paragon Management Group is a local Association Management firm that works with a portfolio of neighborhood association clients.

Job Skills/Requirements



  1. Work closely with the Clients (Board)

    1. Meet with Client at Client Locations

    2. Gathering information for Budgets

    3. Coordinate and direct contractors’ various client work assignments

  2. Manage the administrative function of PMG, including but not limited to:

    1. Prepare collection letters

    2. Work with attorneys on collections and property liens

    3. Monthly Financials

    4. Assigning and managing work of staff members

    5. Follow-up on Written Correspondence

    6. Maintain and update mailing and client list

    7. Research special order requests

    8. Produce monthly Management Reports

    9. Engage, contract, supervise and approve invoices for all goods/services required to maintain the properties up to company and client standards

    10. Manage the day-to-day activities of maintenance, landscaping and snow removal

  3. Manage Contractors

    1. Manage all contractor-related services

    2. Assist with specifications for bidding

    3. Finalizing bid and communicate with developer on awarding contracts

    4. Communicate with contractors (daily basis)

    5. Coordinate contractor activities

    6. Represent Client at meeting of contractors

  4. Assist Homeowners

    1. Addressing complaints and resolving problems

    2. Verbal and written communications with homeowners

    3. Approvals

    4. Assist them with warranty work

  5. Periodic property inspection

    1. Meet with homeowners when requested

    2. Manage and coordinate requests for repairs and maintenance, understanding of home owner concerns

  6. Meetings

    1. Board of Director Meetings (Monthly or less frequent)

    2. Neighborhood Meetings

  7. Communications

    1. Quarterly Newsletters for each Neighborhood

    2. Create and implement report formats, document spreadsheets

  8. Continue to Learn

    1. Attend periodic job-related training sessions and seminars

    2. Maintain a willingness to learn new job-related skills

  9. Be A Responsible PMG Employee

    1. Understand the company handbook and adhere to Company policies

    2. Represent Company in a professional manner

  1. Knowledgeable of Association Documents

  2. Keep Client Board of Directors and Paragon Management aware of potential problems

  3. Working knowledge of general accounting principles

  4. Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

  5. Ability to work with diverse client base

  6. Effectively manage the workflow for maximum efficiency and productivity

  7. Strong organizational skills and expertise in multi-tasking;

  8. Knowledge of operational protocol

  9. Excellent software knowledge, preferably in Microsoft Office Products


  1. Minimum high school education with some college coursework desirable

  2. Prior CAI Training preferred


  1. 3-5 years business experience, preferably includes Customer Service

  2. Experience working in an individual or team environment
